Experienced Hair Stylist (Organic Salon) We are a modern, eco-conscious salon seeking a skilled and creative Hair Stylist to join our team. What You'll Do:

Provide expert cutting, coloring, and styling services using organic and low-tox products Perform treatments such as keratin and reconstructive services Consult with clients to recommend styles, treatments, and at-home care Apply advanced knowledge of color formulation and modern techniques Stay current with trends in both hairstyling and clean beauty Maintain a clean, organized workstation and shared spaces Build strong client relationships and deliver an elevated salon experience Recommend retail products aligned with our organic philosophy Contribute to salon marketing through Instagram content and posting

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of professional salon experience Strong background in color services and formulation Passion for organic, non-toxic, or sustainable beauty (or willingness to learn) Excellent customer service and communication skills Experience with hair extensions is a plus Comfortable using salon software for scheduling and inventory Basic retail and transaction handling skills

Bonus:
