Job requirements include:

Current California Barbering License Must be licensed as a Barber for at least 3 years Current experience in the industry (salon/shop) Must be proficient in most Barbering Services Experience in training and computer skills preferred, but not required. Educator will be required to cover theory and supervise all Barbering services. The ideal candidate would possess the following personal attributes: Ability to maintain confidentiality A passion for the hair industry Must be professional, reliable and punctual A friendly demeanor Must be able to work as a team player, as well as independently Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to oversee and guide students during clinic services.
