The ideal candidate is confident in men's cutting, styling, grooming, customer service, and self-marketing. We are looking for someone who is motivated, team-oriented, and committed to delivering an elevated guest experience. Candidates with experience in nail services are highly encouraged to apply, as this is a major plus and can create additional earning opportunities. Responsibilities Perform precision haircuts, styling, shaves, and grooming services using clippers, scissors, and straight razors. Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for all guests. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, stations, and salon areas to ensure a safe and professional environment. Assist with front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments and managing guest records when needed. Educate guests on hair care products and recommend retail products to enhance their grooming routine. Stay current on the latest trends, techniques, and styles in men's grooming and hair services. Build and market your personal clientele through professionalism, social media, and guest retention. Perform nail services if licensed and experienced (additional earning opportunity). Qualifications & Skills Strong barbering or cosmetology skills with experience in men's cutting and styling techniques. Knowledge of color theory and hair coloring services is a plus. Experience with straight razor shaving and detailed grooming services preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Retail sales experience and confidence recommending products. Strong sanitation and hygiene practices. Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic. Ability to mentor or support less experienced team members is a plus. Nail service experience is a major plus and may qualify for increased earning potential.
