Job Description
Licensed Barber / Men's Hair Stylist The Fade Men's Salon is looking for a skilled and professional Barber to join our growing team. Requirements Valid California Barber or Cosmetology License Minimum 2 years of barbering experience preferred Strong skills in: Skin Fades Taper Fades Scissor Cuts Men's Classic Hairstyles Beard Trimming (preferred) Ability to perform consistent, clean, and detailed haircuts Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated Able to maintain a clean and organized workstation Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Existing clientele is a plus, but not required Responsibilities Provide high-quality men's haircuts and grooming services Consult with clients to understand their desired style Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards Deliver exceptional customer experiences Assist in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere Manage appointments and maintain punctuality What We Offer Modern men's salon environment Steady walk-in and appointment clientele Flexible schedule Supportive team atmosphere Growth opportunities Compensation Commission Available Compensation based on experience and performance Location Pasadena, CA Must be confident performing skin fades, burst fades, taper fades, and shear work without supervision Please include your Instagram portfolio or photos of your work when applying.
