Job Description

Locations:
Pasadena & San Gabriel, CA We're B SIDE U, a modern men's hair salon focused on clean, precise cuts and consistent client experience. We're hiring a skilled, professional stylist/barber who values quality, efficiency, and great communication. What You'll Do Provide men's haircuts (scissor & clipper), fades/tapers, and styling with consistent results Deliver a professional consultation and recommend styles that fit client hair type & lifestyle Maintain a clean, organized station and follow salon hygiene standards Support a positive team environment and deliver excellent customer service (Optional) Offer services like perms/color if qualified What We're Looking For Valid CA cosmetology or barber license (or in progress where applicable) Strong men's cutting fundamentals (fade/taper/scissor work) Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable with booking systems and a fast-paced schedule Professional attitude and strong communication Schedule & Pay Full-time availability preferred (weekends are a plus)
Pay:
Commission / hourly (based on experience) + tips Growth opportunities, steady marketing support, and a strong brand presence

$19.00 - $45.00 per hour
