Responsibilities Perform professional hair washing and scalp treatments using high-quality products tailored to each client's needs Assist clients with head spa services that promote relaxation, scalp health, and overall well-being Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools, stations, and treatment areas after each service Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their preferences, and offering personalized advice Support salon operations by managing appointment schedules using salon software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms Upsell additional services like hair extensions, eyelash extensions, or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue Collaborate with stylists and team members to ensure a smooth workflow and a positive salon atmosphere Skills Strong knowledge of hair care techniques including shampooing, scalp massage, and head spa treatments Familiarity with salon software systems like
