Full Job Description Job Opening:
Hair Stylist/Barber Location:
Rancho Santa Fe, CA We are seeking a skilled and licensed barber to join our high-demand, appointment-only barbershop. This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to build their clientele from existing over flow and building new relationships. This is a small 2 chair boutique barber shop with a long history in the community.

Responsibilities:
Provide top-quality haircuts and grooming services in a timely manner Maintain a clean and organized workstation Offer excellent customer service and build strong client relationships Comply with all state licensing, health, and safety regulations
Compensation & Schedule:
Currently hiring independent contractor. Commission based pay opportunity. Independent contractor role - responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and compliance. The wide pay range in the description is based upon skill, efficiency, time management and personal development.
Requirements:
Valid California barber license (required) & cosmetology license (preferred). Reliable, punctual, and professional Confident in delivering consistent, high-quality services Comfortable in a busy, appointment-based environment Comfortable working independently and as a team.
