Key Responsibilities Guide brides through personalized consultations, helping them discover the gown that reflects their vision and style. Build genuine, lasting connections while confidently working toward individual and team sales goals. Share your expertise by educating brides on designers, silhouettes, fabrics, and accessories. Coordinate the client experience by booking, confirming, and managing appointments via phone and email. Support the fitting process and collaborate closely with alterations to ensure a seamless journey. Maintain a beautifully presented showroom that reflects our elevated brand experience. Provide occasional support and travel to our Folsom showroom as needed. Qualifications Proven sales experience in a consultative, customer-first sales environment. Exceptional communication skills, both in person and across phone and email. Strong organizational abilities with excellent time management and attention to detail. Positive, team-oriented mindset with a proactive and polished approach. Weekend availability required (Saturday and Sunday). Experience in fashion, jewelry, or boutique retail preferred.
