You have 2+ years behind the chair and a strong, consistent portfolio Your work leans toward lived-in color, dimensional blonding, balayage, and modern cuts You value consultation, detail, and client experience You're self-motivated and take ownership of your business You want to grow your clientele in a quality-driven environment You are professional, drama-free, and team-oriented
