We specialize exclusively in organic, botanical haircolor and haircuts. We do not perform chemical hair services (no ammonia, bleach, perms, or relaxers). Our work emphasizes clean beauty, consistency, and long-term hair health.

Position Overview:

This role is well-suited for a recent graduate or junior stylist who wants real salon experience and structured training without the pressure of chemical services.

Responsibilities:

Assist Owner/Stylist during client services Shampooing, blow-drying, and basic styling Preparing organic botanical haircolor and tools Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the salon Supporting daily salon operations Hands-on training in organic and botanical haircolor techniques Qualifications Valid California cosmetology license (required) Strong interest in learning and skill development Professional, reliable, and client-focused Comfortable working in a calm, detail-oriented environment Compensation grows with skill development and expanded service responsibilities.
