COMMISSION BASED

Responsibilities Provide high-quality haircuts, fades, beard trims, and grooming services Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for every client Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation in accordance with state regulations Recommend grooming products and services when appropriate Assist with appointment management and client communication Contribute to a professional, team-oriented shop environment Qualifications Valid California Barber License Strong skills in fades, tapers, beard work, and modern haircut styles Existing clientele preferred Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and growth mindset Desire to actively market yourself and continue building your book of business Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, professional, and punctual What We Offer Paid position Professional and supportive work environment Growth opportunities
