Are you a certified stylist or colorist looking to work in a welcoming, relaxed, and friendly atmosphere? Hairwell Salon is the perfect place for you! We're conveniently located off I-25 , and offering a warm, bright, and comfortable salon space for you to thrive. We're seeking passionate and motivated professionals with at least 5 years of behind-the-chair experience to join our team.

Marketing & Advertising:

Booking & Reception Support:

Manage appointment scheduling and customer inquiries. Handle client check-ins and payments.

Supplies & Product Inventory:

Provide professional products for use during services. Offer retail products for commission-based sales.

Legal & Administrative Support:

Ensure compliance with licensing, insurance, and tax responsibilities. Handle financial transactions and commission payouts accurately. A supportive and creative environment What we are looking for:

Client Services:

Provide high-quality haircuts, coloring, styling, and other hair treatments. Consult clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate styles or treatments. Promote services through personal networking, social media, and referrals.

Building Clientele:

Maintain a high level of customer service to build and retain clientele. P roduct

Sales:

Recommend and sell salon products to clients to enhance their experience and support salon revenue.

Professionalism & Appearance:

Maintain a polished and professional appearance that aligns with the salon's brand.

Sanitation & Cleanliness:

Keep workstations clean and organized.

Schedule Management:

Be punctual and manage appointments efficiently.

Collaboration:

Work well with fellow stylists to create a positive salon atmosphere.
