This is a structured 1.5-2 year paid program designed to take your skills from strong to exceptional and launch you onto our floor as a full stylist. What the Apprenticeship Looks Like Month 0-3 | Foundation Master shampoo, blowdry, styling, and client experience — the Craft Collective way. Month 3-6 | Hands-On Color Melting, toning, and styling. You'll begin taking model clients and building real confidence behind the chair. Month 6+ | Build Your Clientele & Earn Commission Full services including cuts, lived-in color, and gloss blowdrys — with commission on every client you attract. Services You'll Master Balayage & lived-in color Color correction Blondes, brunettes & redheads Precision cuts & bobs Keratin treatments Gloss blowdrys & root touch-ups Social media & content creation Client building & salon business fundamentals Who We're Looking For Character — Kind, positive, dependable, and zero interest in workplace drama. Requirements Colorado Cosmetology License (required before start date) Prior salon or assisting experience preferred Strong client communication skills Reliable, punctual, and proactive What to Expect Day-to-Day Arrive 20 minutes before your mentor to set up and tidy the station Anticipate client and stylist needs before being asked Maintain professionalism on the floor at all times Stay active — if there's no client work, ask management how to help
