Job Description
Quincy Barbers is an established, old-school barbershop serving the Englewood community for over 70 years. I am currently seeking a licensed, reliable barber to join my shop full-time. This is a great opportunity for a barber who wants steady work, loyal clients, and a professional environment—not a high-turnover shop. Provide expert barbering services including haircuts, beard trims, straight razor shaves, and hair styling tailored to each client's preferences. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, adhering to health regulations and Engage with clients through excellent communication skills, understanding their needs and offering personalized recommendations. Assist at the front desk with check-ins, appointment bookings, and providing outstanding customer service to create a welcoming environment Support store management with daily operations including merchandising and maintaining a professional environment. Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience in barbering techniques including straight razor shaves and hair styling. Strong understanding of sanitation standards and store cleanliness protocols. Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
