In this role, you will provide exceptional hair care services while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for our clients. You will utilize your skills in hair styling, barbering, and customer service to meet the diverse needs of our clientele. Your expertise in various techniques, including hair extensions and color theory, will enhance the overall experience for our customers. Responsibilities Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and barbering. Utilize straight razors and other tools to achieve desired styles and looks. Provide consultations to clients regarding their hair care needs and preferences. Maintain a clean and sanitary work area in accordance with industry standards Uphold excellent customer service standards to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Engage in upselling services and products to maximize sales opportunities. Manage front desk operations including greeting clients and handling inquiries. Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license is required. Proficient in hair styling techniques, color theory, sanitation practices, and retail math. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in store management or mentoring is preferred but not required. A passion for the barber and beauty industry and staying updated on the latest trends and techniques.
