In this position, a successful candidate will perform head spa services using scalp-analysis technology, suggest add ons, and use light massage techniques on the scalp, neck, and shoulders. Your expertise in cosmetology, combined with your passion for wellness and aesthetics, will help create a relaxing, rejuvenating environment. This commission and tips based role is ideal for cosmetologists with energy, creativity, and professionalism, hoping to join our opening team and inspire confidence and satisfaction in every guest they serve. Duties
  • Provide head spa experiences to customers, which includes utilizing scalp-analysis technology, offering customers advice on their scalp and hair health, and customizing a shampoo and condition treatment based on analysis results.
  • Massage the scalp, neck, and shoulders as part of the experience.
  • Provide facial services, including an express facial and a full signature facial.
  • Keep all workspaces and tools clean and sanitary, cleaning after each guest.
  • Upsell service add-ons like scalp serums and hair masks, or encourage sales of hair and skincare products.
  • Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor when interacting with customers and fellow staff members.
  • Occasionally assist with front-desk operations as needed Qualifications
  • Valid Colorado state cosmetologist or aesthetician license.
  • Experience in a spa setting working with customers directly.
Pay:
$30.00
