Job Description
We are thrilled for the opportunity to welcome newly licensed hair stylists to our family at TEN Salon & Med Spa! If you are a new stylist looking to start your career in a high end, expansive salon, keep reading! TEN Salon and Med Spa has been an evolving leader in the beauty industry since its inception over 20 years ago and has been voted Northern Colorado's Best Salon multiple times since. Additionally, we are nationally recognized as a Top 100 Kerastase salon and a Top 100 L'Oreal salon and offer our stylists complimentary continuing education on a regular basis with some of the top educators in the nation. Various certifications such as hair extensions, treatments, specialties, etc. are also consistently offered. Our clients have been loyal to TEN for over 20 years because of the quality of work we are known for, while offering luxury touches to every service. Within our stunning, state of the art salon, you'll find clients who are cared for by artists who take pride in every aspect of their craft and leaders who prioritize innovation and excellence. Our Associates Program is our in-house, proprietary training Program designed for the incredible new generation of stylists who are entering our industry. In this intensive 4 month program, you will be trained by some of our best stylists both in the classroom and on the floor. While in our Associates Program, you will be given 1-2 shifts per week as an opportunity to immediately start building your clientele. You will also be assisting our stylists 2-3 days a week as another avenue to receive hands on training from the best of the best. This Program is designed to be a fast track to success for highly motivated, passionate Stylists with an opportunity to be promoted to New Talent Stylist after 4 months.
