Located in the heart of the Greenwich/Cos Cob, CT area, our flagship studio has evolved to become a full-service salon over the past two years. We have been honored as the "Best Blow Dry Bar in Town," and now offer an expanded range of premium services—including haircuts for men, women, and children, single process color, and an extensive array of Keratin treatments—to our upscale clientele. Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and punctual Senior Stylist to join our rapidly growing team. The role goes beyond hairstyling; we are looking for a versatile professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and shares our commitment to exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities Deliver a suite of high-quality hair services, including but not limited to blowdries, haircuts, single-process color, and Keratin treatments. Engage in personalized client consultations to ensure tailored service offerings. Collaborate in a team-oriented environment, exhibiting professionalism and respect at all times. Participate in our in-house training programs and benefit from ongoing mentorship. Perks Full-time positions are eligible for a comprehensive retirement plan and annual bonuses. Commission payments on Keratin and color treatments. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in hairstyling or the blow-dry industry. Ability to multitask and adapt within a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service. Must possess a valid NY or CT Cosmetology License.

Operational Hours Monday-Thursday:

9 am - 5 pm

Friday-Saturday:
