Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' aesthetic goals, providing personalized recommendations based on hair texture, face shape, lifestyle, and current trends. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in full compliance with industry regulations, ensuring an impeccable experience for both clients and team members. Utilize salon management platforms such as PHOREST to efficiently coordinate appointments, maintain detailed client records, and support seamless retail transactions. Remain at the forefront of industry innovation by continuously expanding knowledge of emerging trends, advanced color techniques, styling methods, and luxury hair services through ongoing professional development. Contribute to a culture of excellence by mentoring and supporting junior stylists, sharing expertise in specialized areas including color formulation, extension services, and advanced styling techniques while fostering collaboration and growth within the team. Skills Demonstrated experience as a professional hairstylist, with advanced expertise in precision cutting, custom color services, balayage, highlighting techniques, and hair extension applications. Comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology best practices, salon sanitation protocols, and health and safety standards, with a commitment to maintaining an exceptional client environment. Exceptional communication and consultation skills, with the ability to understand clients' goals and deliver personalized recommendations that enhance their individual style and confidence. Strong business acumen, including experience in retail sales, product recommendations, and client retention strategies that contribute to both guest satisfaction and salon success. A passion for delivering elevated client experiences through attentive service, professionalism, and relationship-building. A polished, professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude that reflects the standards of a luxury salon environment. Current cosmetology license, as required by applicable state regulations. Proven ability to mentor and support fellow team members, sharing advanced technical expertise and contributing to a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
