Duties Offer the services that best reflect your expertise and business goals, with the freedom to customize your service menu and pricing. Create a schedule that works for you, with the flexibility to set your own hours and manage your appointments independently. Deliver exceptional client experiences through personalized consultations and expert recommendations. Build and maintain your own clientele while fostering strong client relationships and repeat business. Demonstrate knowledge of current trends, techniques, and hair color theory to help clients achieve their desired look. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in accordance with state licensing and health regulations. Take advantage of available retail display space to offer products to your clients. Stylists supply their own retail inventory and retain 100% of retail sales. Collaborate with fellow beauty professionals in a positive, supportive salon environment. Manage your own appointments, scheduling, inventory, and client communications as an independent salon professional. Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience in hair styling and barbering techniques. Strong understanding of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and team members effectively.
