We are looking for someone who is not only skilled, but also looking for a long-term salon home. This position is best for a stylist who wants consistency, stability, and a beautiful place to grow over time. The right fit should be confident with color, root touch-ups, highlights, haircuts, blowouts, and basic salon flow. You do not need to know everything, but you should be comfortable working behind the chair, caring for clients professionally, and taking pride in clean, polished work. We are looking for someone who is: Reliable and consistentLicensed and experienced behind the chairComfortable with color and cutsKind, grounded, and professional with clientsClean, organized, and willing to help maintain the salonOpen to learning our products, systems, and salon standardsAble to work independently without needing constant directionInterested in building a long-term position, not just short-term work This is a good fit for a stylist who wants a calm, beautiful salon environment, steady growth, and a supportive place to stay, build, and become part of the salon's rhythm. Must have a valid cosmetology license. Experience with organic, low-tox, or cleaner beauty products is a plus, but not required.
