Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in various hair and grooming techniques, possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about delivering high-quality services to clients.
Responsibilities:
Provide barbering services including haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and mustache grooming, utilize straight razor techniques for precision shaving, apply color theory knowledge for hair coloring services if needed, demonstrate proficiency in hair styling for diverse client preferences, utilize salon software for appointment scheduling and client management, and apply retail math skills for product sales and inventory management.
Requirements:
Valid Barber license or certification, proficiency in cosmetology techniques, excellent communication skills to engage with clients effectively, familiarity with salon software for appointment scheduling and client records.
