Full Job Description Position Summary:

East Boca Hair Salon is seeking an experienced, passionate, and artistic Hair Stylist to join our elite team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in precision cutting, advanced color techniques, and styling. You are dedicated to providing a luxurious, tailored experience for every client, focusing on long-term client relationships and high-end styling trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Elite Consultations:

Conduct in-depth, personalized consultations to analyze hair type, face shape, and lifestyle, delivering bespoke hair services.

Advanced Hair Services:

Perform high-level cutting, coloring, highlighting, balayage, keratin treatments, and styling for all hair types.

Upscale Customer Service:

Greet guests, offer refreshments, and create a welcoming, professional atmosphere to ensure an exceptional experience.

Product Expertise:

Recommend premium, high-end, or luxury hair care products and retail items tailored to the client's hair health, driving sales.

Trend Expertise:

Stay current on luxury hair trends, fashion, and advanced styling techniques through continuous education.

Salon Standards:

Maintain a pristine, sanitary, and well-organized styling station at all times, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Valid State Cosmetology License. 5+ years of experience in a luxury, high-volume salon is a plus. Proven portfolio showcasing, creative, and precise cutting/coloring skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer retention rate and social media presence (preferred). Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
