The Hair Stylist will also utilize advanced salon software and retail skills to enhance client satisfaction and business growth. Responsibilities Perform various hair services such as cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments tailored to client preferences. Apply hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and hair threading with precision and care. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas according to industry regulations. Provide expert advice on hair care products and retail items through upselling techniques. Assist with front desk duties including client check-in/out and appointment confirmations. Experience with advanced services like hair extensions, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair threading is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships. Prior experience mentoring team members or managing front desk operations is a plus.
