This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is passionate about the beauty industry and wants hands-on education while working side-by-side with a busy stylist specializing in lived-in blondes, dimensional color, extensions, and luxury client experience. This is more than just assisting — you'll be learning real salon flow, advanced techniques, client communication, and what it takes to build a successful career behind the chair. Schedule Wednesday-Saturday Approximately 35-50 hours per week Flexibility is important as some days may vary due to travel, education, or schedule changes Occasional Sunday or Monday availability is a plus Responsibilities Shampooing clients Blow drying and assisting with styling Mixing color, glosses, and lightener Assisting during foil and extension appointments Maintaining cleanliness and organization of salon stations Helping with client prep and overall salon flow Supporting daily salon duties and luxury client experience Learning techniques and assisting hands-on throughout appointments What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Passion for hair and willingness to learn Team player with great energy and professionalism Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and punctuality Flexible schedule Cosmetology school student or licensed cosmetologist preferred What You'll Gain Hands-on education and mentorship Experience working in a high-volume luxury salon environment Training in color, extensions, styling, client experience, and salon operations Opportunity for growth within the beauty industry Please apply with your resume and social media/portfolio if available.
