for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing retail sales efficiently. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations, including proper sterilization of tools like straight razors and implements. Upsell retail products effectively by understanding client preferences and promoting items like hair care products or cosmetics. Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing appointments, and handling inquiries to ensure smooth salon operations. Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in areas like color theory, store management, and customer service excellence. Experience Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or Barbering professional with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse styling skills. Expertise in hair coloring techniques grounded in solid understanding of color theory. Strong communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members alike. Experience in retail sales and upselling strategies to boost product revenue while enhancing client satisfaction. Ability to maintain sanitation standards rigorously while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
