Duties Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and hair extensions with precision and creativity Provide expert consultations on hair care, color theory, and styling options tailored to each client's needs Utilize salon software such as MEEVO for appointment scheduling, client records, and retail sales tracking Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and work areas according to health regulations Assist clients with retail product recommendations and upselling to enhance their salon experience Offer additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, nail care, makeup application, and hair threading to diversify service offerings Support store management with front desk duties including client check-in/out, appointment confirmations, and retail inventory management Mentor junior stylists and team members to foster a collaborative and skillful environment Qualifications Valid cosmetology license with experience in hair styling and barbering techniques Proficiency in salon software systems like MEEVO for scheduling and retail management Strong knowledge of color theory, sanitation practices, and current beauty trends Skilled in hair extensions application, eyelash extensions, makeup artistry, nail care, and hair threading Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide personalized client consultations and build lasting relationships Experience in retail sales and upselling strategies to maximize revenue opportunities Ability to manage store operations effectively including front desk responsibilities and mentoring team members A passion for continuous learning in cosmetology disciplines such as hair coloring, straight razor grooming, and store management Embark on a rewarding career where your artistry shines!
