The ideal candidate has a passion for educating, motivating, mentoring, and coaching future Cosmetologists. The ideal candidate's primary responsibility is to manage and lead their students to graduation through a positive classroom environment. Duties & Responsibilities Perform an active lesson and lecture, encourage student learning, participation, and engagementGrade and review assignments, quizzes, & examsPerform effective classroom management and ensure student compliance with school rules and regulationsComply with all safety policies, practices and proceduresPassing grades on State Board/Licensure examinations and student licensure ratesRetention rates and student satisfactionComplete other assigned duties, as needed Minimum Qualifications Highly organized and professionalStrong customer service skills and administrative skillsAbility to ensure compliance with all governmental regulations.
Minimum of three years field experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
