Hair Stylist Posh Beauty Miami/Sweetwater Job Type:

Full-Time / Part-Time (8-hour shift/ 40 hours per week)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Hair Stylist to join our team. In this role, you'll provide high-quality hair services while ensuring a clean, comfortable, and luxurious experience for every client. Your talent and creativity will help deliver the elevated salon experience our guests expect.

Responsibilities:

Perform hair services, including blowouts, styling, treatments, and updos. Keep your station clean, organized, and hygienic. Deliver personalized, attentive client experiences. Consult with clients to understand their goals and provide tailored solutions. Wash, condition, and dry hair using professional products. Apply treatments as needed (hydration masks, keratin treatments, etc.). Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and products. Recommend services and retail products to enhance the client experience. Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a seamless, luxury salon environment.

Qualifications:

Active FL Cosmetology License (required). Skilled in a range of services, including blowouts, styling, and treatments. Excellent communication and client care skills. Creative, detail-oriented, and artistic. Team-oriented with a focus on luxury service. Knowledgeable in sanitation and hygiene practices. Experience with nail services, lash extensions, or other beauty services is a plus (not required).
