We offer a range of beauty and wellness services in a supportive, team-focused environment. Our clients come for the experience and they come back for the results and the way we treat them. If you're a passionate stylist looking for a new home, we'd love to meet you. We're looking for a talented, creative, and professional Hair Stylist to join our growing team. You should be confident in your skills, great with clients, and excited about keeping up with trends and techniques in hair care and styling. Whether you specialize in cuts, color, extensions, or all of the above, we want someone who can deliver consistent, high-quality service and keep clients coming back. What You'll Be Doing Provide expert haircutting, styling, and coloring services for a variety of hair types Consult with clients to understand their goals and recommend services and products Perform services such as blowouts, deep conditioning treatments, color corrections, and more Maintain a clean, professional, and inviting work area Educate clients on at-home care and recommend appropriate products Contribute to a team-based culture and help promote spa services Participate in upselling services and retail to enhance the client experience Required Qualifications Current Cosmetology License in the state of Florida 1+ year of salon or spa experience (commission or booth rental) Strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, and styling Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and friendly, upbeat attitude Team-oriented and eager to grow clientele Available to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends What We Offer Commission based pay structure Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance Established client base with opportunity to grow Supportive, positive, and team-driven work environment Employee discounts on services and retail All tools and products provided If you're ready to work in a beautiful space with great energy and real growth potential, we want to hear from you.
