About WW Beauty Studio WW Beauty Studio is Orlando's exclusive Oribe and Kerastase salon, specializing in luxury hair extensions and color. We're adding licensed stylists with an established book who specialize — or want to specialize — in extensions, blonding, and high-end color. This is a chair with real upside, advanced education, business coaching, and bi-monthly goal-setting built into the role. Compensation Earning potential up to $100,000+ per year. 10-15% commission on every Oribe and Kerastase retail item you sell. 100% of your tips. Specific service commission split is discussed in person and tailored to your experience and book. Bi-monthly performance reviews keep your trajectory pointed up. What you'll do

• Provide expert haircutting, color, blonding, and styling services
• Install and maintain extensions (hand-tied, beaded rows, and our specialty methods)
• Consult clients on color goals, extension care, and Oribe/Kerastase home regimens
• Bring your existing book and continue growing it with our luxury client pipeline
• Recommend and sell Oribe and Kerastase retail products
• Maintain Florida State Board sanitation standards at all times
• Participate in advanced education and bi-monthly business coaching Requirements
• Established clientele (REQUIRED) — a book of returning clients you bring with you
• Active Florida Cosmetology License (required)
• Minimum 2 years behind the chair
• Color theory fluency — formulating, correcting, and toning
• Extension experience preferred (we will certify you in our methods if needed)
• Portfolio of recent work (Instagram, TikTok, or photos)
• Strong consultation and retail skills
