We are a commission based salon with a very flexible work enviroment. If you are enthusiastic about helping clients look and feel their best, and you're ready to take your career to the next level, we want to hear from you! We are all about giving our stylists the freedom to have flexible schedules, so if your looking for a supportive, professional but fun environment to grow your skills...we might be your new salon home! ## Duties- Provide a range of beauty services such as hair styling, cutting and coloring.
- Educate clients on proper hair care
- Recommend and sell beauty products to clients to enhance their at-home beauty regimen
- Utilize retail sales skills to promote products and increase sales. Earn commission off of retail sales.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in work areas
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques ## Requirements
- Valid Florida Cosmetology license
- Knowledge of color theory for hair treatments
- Experience with Salon Iris software is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
