About Us Join our fabulous team! Drybar Sarasota is hiring Licensed Cosmetologists and Hair Stylists for our Sarasota Midtown and Sarasota UTC locations. At Drybar, we keep it simple— No cuts. Job Description & Responsibilities Provide Amazing Blowouts:

Perform high-quality blowouts, updos, braids, and styling services that leave clients feeling confident.

Deliver Exceptional Experiences:

Greet clients warmly, consult on their desired look, and ensure they leave with a smile.

Build Relationships:

Create meaningful connections with clients to encourage repeat visits and build a loyal clientele.

Recommend Retail Products:

Share your expertise by suggesting the perfect Drybar products for at-home maintenance.

Promote Services:

Help grow the business by upselling add-on services, memberships, and gift cards.

Maintain Shop Aesthetics:

Assist with cleaning and maintaining styling stations, tools, and overall shop appearance. Be a

Team Player:

Collaborate with fellow stylists, bartending staff (receptionists), and management to sustain a positive, supportive work environment.

Shift & Schedule Requirements Flexible Schedules:

Stylists work on SET schedules that are revisited as needed, a minimum of 12 hours per week required.

Weekend Availability:

Must work at least one 6-hour shift Friday-Sunday, including a minimum of one Sunday shift per month.

Stylish Dress Code:

Keep it chic, polished, and simple with black, grey, denim, white, and pops of our signature yellow. Qualifications & Skills Valid and current Florida Cosmetology License (Required). Passionate about styling and finishing hair (blowouts, braids, buns, updos). Strong communication skills with a positive, high-energy, and team-oriented vibe. Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt to Drybar's premium service standards.
