The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in various beauty services and have a strong passion for helping clients look and feel their best. ## Responsibilities
  • Provide hair styling, nail care, and other beauty services to clients
  • Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client information
  • Perform services such as hair extensions, hair threading, and straight razor shaves
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment
  • Offer retail sales of beauty products to clients
  • Mentor junior staff members in developing their skills
  • Manage salon operations effectively ## Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Cosmetologist with expertise in hair styling, nail care, and salon management
  • Familiarity with salon software for appointment scheduling and client management
  • Proficiency in hair extensions, hair threading, straight razor techniques, and sanitation practices
  • Strong mentoring skills to guide junior staff members
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to drive retail sales through product recommendations and demonstrations
