Responsibilities Deliver a wide range of hair services including cuts, color treatments, styling, hair extensions, and hair threading with precision and creativity Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas following industry regulations Utilize salon software systems like
MINDBODY
for appointment scheduling, client records, and retail sales tracking Provide excellent customer service by listening to client needs, offering professional advice, and upselling retail products effectively Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license in accordance with state regulations Proven experience in hair styling, and grooming techniques including hair extensions and straight razor shaves Knowledge of Ethic Hair Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and team members Ability to perform nail care services and apply makeup confidently Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols within a salon environment Join us if you're passionate about transforming lives through beauty!
