We are seeking a motivated and professional Commission Hairstylist to join our team. Responsibilities Provide excellent hair care services to clients Perform shampooing, styling, treatments, and other salon services Maintain a clean and organized workstation Build and maintain strong client relationships Recommend retail products when appropriate Work collaboratively with salon team members Deliver outstanding customer service and professionalism Qualifications Hair styling experience preferred Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable and punctual Existing clientele is a plus but not required What We Offer Commission-based pay 100% of tips earned are kept by the stylist Professional and supportive work environment Marketing support to help build your clientele Flexible scheduling options
