Responsibilities Provide professional hair cutting, styling, coloring, and grooming services including fades, shaves, and intricate styles. Apply hair extensions and enhance client looks. Use salon software such as Phorest for appointment scheduling, client records, and retail sales tracking. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations. Offer expert advice on hair care products, retail items, and upselling opportunities to boost sales. Assist with front desk duties such as greeting clients, managing appointments, and answering inquiries. Mentor junior team members on techniques like makeup application, nail care, and store management best practices. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or barbering license with proven experience in hair styling and grooming services. Knowledge of color theory, haircutting techniques, and advanced styling methods. Experience with retail sales, upselling strategies, and retail math to maximize revenue. Familiarity with salon software systems like Phorest for scheduling and client management. Strong communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members. Ability to perform hair color services and hair extensions Commitment to sanitation standards and maintaining a clean work environment.
