We also provide access to top-of-the-line products and tools to enable you to achieve the best results for our clients. We are seeking a talented and experienced natural hairstylist to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality hair care services to our clients, including shampooing, conditioning treatments, braiding, twisting, loc maintenance, and protective styling. You will also be responsible for assisting with creating and managing social media content for the salon.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent hair care services to clients with all-natural textured hair services Obtain product knowledge mastery to ensure the best outcome for clients Assist team members with client services, including shampooing and prepping Perform daily salon sanitation and maintain a clean and organized work area Keep up-to-date with the latest hair care trends and techniques Assist with creating social media content for the salon (taking photos/videos of clients) Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service Adhere to performance standards (retention, pre-booking, up-selling, and retail sales) Ensure accurate records of client services and transactions. Requirements:

Active GA Cosmetology license Self- starter, motivated and results-driven stylist Proficient in natural textured hair services such as shampooing, conditioning, braiding, twisting, loc maintenance, and protective styling. Strong communication and customer service skills Knowledge of the latest hair care trends and techniques Proficiency in social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and Facebook Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Willing to be a team player Strong emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and mindfulness Continuous learner open to receiving coaching/feedback and sharing knowledge If you share the passion of natural hair styling, social media management and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
