Independent Contractor Opportunity We are seeking experienced Independent Contractor Locticians and Braiders with proven expertise to provide services within our luxury hair spa. This is not an employee position. Professionals accepted into this opportunity will operate as independent contractors under a 1099 agreement. We are interested in partnering with highly skilled beauty professionals who are confident in their abilities, committed to providing exceptional client experiences, and capable of working independently within a professional salon environment. LOCTICIAN SERVICES
Applicants seeking Loctician opportunities should be proficient in the following techniques: Loc crocheting Interlocking maintenance Palm rolling Comb coils Traditional starter locs (comb coil and two-strand twist methods) Instant starter locs (crochet method) Micro Loc and Sisterlock re-ties Loc repair Loc reattachments Loc combining Flat twists, two-strand twists, and twist-outs (without extensions) Curl definition services using flexi rods and perm rods on natural hair
BRAIDING SERVICES
Applicants seeking Braiding opportunities should be proficient in the following services: Individual braids (small, medium, and large) Individual braids with extensions Knotless braids Natural hair braiding techniques Cornrows and creative braid designs Preferred Skills for Loctitians The following services are highly desirable but not required: Loc extensions Advanced loc restoration techniques Specialized Micro Loc experience Specialized Sisterlock experience

This is not a training opportunity. Applicants should already possess the technical skills necessary to perform the services they offer. Qualified applicants will be asked to participate in a practical skills demonstration, portfolio review, model service, or technical interview as part of the contractor selection process. Applicants should currently maintain an active client base of at least 10 recurring clients.
