We aim to create a welcoming experience where every client leaves feeling confident and beautiful. Who We Want to Hire We're looking for a licensed cosmetologist who has experience working with wigs, presents themselves professionally, and is confident in sales. This role is best for someone who takes ownership of their work, enjoys helping clients, and can thrive in a boutique setting. Responsibilities Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate wig styles, colors, and hair extensions. Assist clients with wig fitting, styling, coloring, and maintenance to ensure optimal results. Educate clients on proper wig care, sanitation practices, and styling techniques including hair threading and makeup application. Manage retail sales of wigs, hair extensions, nail care products, and accessories through upselling and retail math skills. Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment adhering to sanitation standards for wigs and hair tools such as straight razors. Use salon software like

MINDBODY

to schedule appointments, track client preferences, and manage store operations efficiently. Mentor new team members on product knowledge, customer service excellence, and technical skills like eyelash extensions and hair styling. Requirements Current Georgia cosmetology license At least 2 years of hairstyling experience Experience with wig fittings, braiding, and shampooing Comfortable assisting clients experiencing hair loss due to medical conditions such as alopecia or chemotherapy Strong communication and sales skills Previous corporate or retail sales experience is a plus Must have dependable transportation and a valid driver's license Detail-oriented and able to help with packing and shipping orders Professional, organized, and self-motivated Goal-driven with a strong work ethic Key Duties Assist clients with wig consultations, head measurements, fittings, and styling Perform basic salon services such as braiding and shampooing Recommend and sell wigs, salon services, and retail products Encourage repeat bookings and build strong client relationships Prepare and ship online orders accurately Provide supportive and compassionate service, especially for medical hair-loss clients Manage the salon independently during scheduled shifts Work toward generating at least $2,000 in monthly revenue Pay & Opportunities $17/hour starting pay Commission available after reaching sales goals Strong earning potential Flexible schedule options Employee discount Advancement opportunities for strong performers All new hires will begin with a 90-day probation period , during which performance will be reviewed to determine long-term fit for the role.
