Responsibilities Provide professional barbering services including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and grooming consultations tailored to each client's preferences Apply color theory principles for hair coloring services, ensuring vibrant and natural results Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workstations after each client Utilize barbershop software like Squire for appointment scheduling, client record management, and retail sales transactions Engage with clients through excellent communication skills to understand their needs and recommend suitable services or products Upsell retail products such as hair care items, nail care products, makeup, and accessories to enhance the client experience and increase store revenue Skills Proven expertise in barbering techniques including straight razor shaves and traditional haircutting methods Strong knowledge of hair styling trends and color theory Experience with barbershop software systems like Squire for efficient front desk operations and appointment management Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and foster loyalty Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute positively to store management efforts Proficiency in retail math for accurate sales transactions and upselling strategies Knowledge of sanitation standards specific to barbering and cosmetology environments Skilled in additional beauty services such as makeup application, nail care, eyelash extensions, and hair threading Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure a seamless client experience Join our energetic team of licensed barbers where your talents will be celebrated! $500.00 - $4,000.00 per week
