Responsibilities Perform professional hair braiding services, including traditional, cornrow, box braids, twist styles, and more, ensuring client satisfaction with each look Consult with clients to understand their desired styles and provide expert recommendations tailored to their hair type and preferences Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene by properly cleaning tools and workstations in accordance with salon protocols Stay current on the latest hair braiding trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative styles and solutions Assist with retail sales by recommending hair extensions, styling products, and accessories that complement client needs and enhance their experience Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms to optimize client flow and minimize wait times Support store management by maintaining a clean, organized workspace and contributing to a positive team environment Experience Proven experience in professional hair braiding or related hair styling roles with a strong portfolio of diverse styles Knowledge of salon software systems like
