Overview We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creativity and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering a range of hair services while ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and client satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties Provide a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments. Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain cleanliness and safety standards. Utilize barbering techniques, including straight razor shaving and hair threading, as needed. Apply hair extensions and other specialized services based on client requests. Maintain accurate records of client services using salon software. Assist clients with product selection and educate them on proper hair care techniques. Demonstrate excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs. Perform hair care needs, ensuring a comprehensive beauty experience. Skills Proficient in salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client records. Strong understanding of retail math to assist clients with product purchases effectively. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Experience in natural hair, extensions, hair cutting and trimming Ability to sanitize tools and maintain a clean working environment consistently. A keen eye for detail and creativity in styling to meet diverse client preferences.
