Owner Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Hair Stylist, Eyelash Technician/ Licensed Esthetician& Nail Techs to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing a wide range of hair services as licensed stylist and licensed esthetician will provide wide range lash services/ facials/skincare services , Licensed nail tech will provide various nail services, dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences, and staying current with beauty trends and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Hair Stylist Duties:

Provide professional hair services including cutting, coloring, highlighting, blowouts, styling, hair extensions, and treatments. Consult with clients to determine their hair needs and preferences. Recommend hair care products and at-home maintenance routines. Maintain sanitation and hygiene standards for tools, workstations, and the salon environment, knowledge of state laws and regulations related to cosmetology Keep up with trends in hairstyles and techniques.

Esthetician Duties/ Eyelash Tech Duties:

Perform eyelash extensions (classic, hybrid, volume) and lash lifts/tints. Conduct client consultations and assess lash health. Maintain cleanliness of lash tools and follow all health and safety protocols. Educate clients on aftercare and recommend lash-safe products. Perform facials, skin analysis/ treatments, facial waxing, skincare product knowledge, up to date on state laws and regulation related to esthetics Licensed Nail Technician Nail Technician to provide high-quality nail care services to our clients. Responsibilities include performing manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art while maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace. The ideal candidate is licensed, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about beauty and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Valid state cosmetology license for Hair Stylist and Esthetician license for esthetician and Nail Technician License or separate licenses for hair and lash services, if required by state). Current liability insurance Proven experience as a hair stylist , esthetician/lash technician and/or nail technician. Knowledge of current beauty trends and techniques. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and precision. Punctual, reliable, and professional demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications:

Eyelash Tech-Certification in eyelash extension application from a recognized training provider. Experience with additional beauty services (e.g., brow shaping, waxing) is a plus. Established client base is a bonus but not required. Nail Technician - licensed /client base is a bonus
