We provide a spa-like experience with expert styling, restorative treatments, and top-tier customer service. Our team values professionalism, creativity, and continuous education. Position Overview We're seeking a highly professional, self-motivated Salon Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a licensed cosmetologist or beauty school student/graduate eager to gain advanced skills in textured-hair care while supporting our senior stylists and delivering a five-star guest experience.
Key Responsibilities Client Preparation:
Greet guests warmly, assist with check-in, and prepare them for services (shampooing, detangling, treatments).
Stylist Support:
Set up and break down stations, mix color, and assist senior stylists with services to ensure efficiency.
Salon Maintenance:
Keep all areas impeccably clean and stocked, following state sanitation and safety standards.
Learning & Development:
Participate in ongoing training, observe advanced techniques, and build your professional skill set for career growth.
Team Collaboration:
Communicate clearly and professionally with all team members to maintain a smooth, positive workflow. Qualifications Current Georgia cosmetology license, apprentice, and/or enrollment in a state-approved cosmetology program. Strong knowledge or keen interest in curly, textured, and natural hair care. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Impeccable professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
