Job Description
Busy, full‑service Supercuts salon located in the Kroger Marketplace Plaza. Hiring full‑time stylists who thrive in a high‑volume environment. Services include cuts, custom color (foils, balayage, single‑process), blowouts, styling, and basic waxing. Steady walk‑in traffic and strong earning potential. Responsibilities Perform full‑service client appointments: precision cuts, custom color, blowouts, styling, and basic waxing Maintain speed and quality in a high‑volume setting while delivering excellent customer service Build and retain a loyal client book; recommend and sell retail products Keep station clean, follow salon processes, and support team operations Participate in in‑salon training and meetings Qualifications Active Georgia cosmetology license in good standing Minimum 1 year salon experience; strong color experience preferred Able to work part-time or full‑time including weekends. Reliable, punctual, professional appearance and attitude Strong communication and client‑service skills; ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality Compensation & Perks Hourly pay $18-$37 depending on experience and production Tips, retail commission, and monthly performance bonuses Sign‑on bonus commensurate with experience Paid Vacation Ongoing education and in‑salon training; consistent scheduling; supportive management
