Job Summary:

•We are seeking a talented and experienced Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team at a New Luxurious 1308 Studio Spa Salon. As a key member of our salon, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hair care and styling services to our clients, while maintaining a high level of customer service. You will also be expected to work efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our busy salon. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hair styling and a strong desire to continually improve their skills and knowledge. •

Duties:

•Provide exceptional hair styling services to clients, including cuts, colors, and styling. Maintain a high level of customer service by ensuring that all clients leave the salon feeling satisfied and happy with their experience. Manage the salon environment to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming atmosphere. Utilize salon software to manage appointments, inventory, and sales. Provide guidance and mentoring to junior stylists to help them develop their skills and knowledge. Keep up to date with the latest hair trends and techniques, and continually update your skills to ensure you are at the forefront of your field. Use your expertise to upsell and cross-sell products and services to clients. Work effectively as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the salon. Maintain a thorough understanding of retail math and manage cash handling and inventory accurately. Use your skills to create hair extensions and other styles that meet client demands. Utilize a straight razor to provide high-quality shaving and cutting services. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery. •

Requirements:

•Proven experience in a hair styling role, with a focus on customer service and quality of work. Strong knowledge of hair styling techniques, including barbering and hair extensions. Experience with salon software and retail math. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at once. A passion for hair styling and a commitment to ongoing learning and development. A strong work ethic and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
