Our Brand New salon 1308 Studio offers a welcoming and professional environment where our stylists can thrive and grow. This role is perfect for those who are dedicated to their craft and want to make a difference in the beauty industry.

• Duties:

• Manage a busy schedule, ensuring efficient and timely completion of eyelash extension services.
• Provide high-quality eyelash extension services, including individual lash application and fill-in appointments.
• Utilize advanced techniques and products to create custom eyelash designs.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and offer product demos to clients.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to strict sanitation standards.
• Perform hair threading and straight razor services as needed.
• Operate salon software, to manage client appointments and maintain accurate records.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all clients.
• Work collaboratively with other stylists and salon staff to create a cohesive and supportive team environment.

• Qualifications:

• Must have experience with eyelash extensions and be familiar with various techniques and products.
• Strong understanding of sanitation and hygiene practices, with the ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Excellent communication and hospitality skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
