We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cosmetologist Hair Stylist to join our skilled nursing community. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of hair styling techniques, customer service excellence, and salon management skills. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering personalized hair services, including cutting, coloring, extensions, and specialized treatments, while ensuring clients receive an exceptional experience in a professional and welcoming environment. Your expertise in the latest trends and techniques will help elevate our salon's reputation for quality and innovation. Duties Provide a wide range of hair services such as cutting, coloring, styling, stay current with industry trends, new products, and advanced techniques including balayage, keratin treatments, and eyelash extensions. Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with health regulations to ensure client safety. Offer expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue. Engage clients with excellent communication skills to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions that foster loyalty. Qualifications Valid cosmetology license with experience in hair styling and barbering techniques. Proficiency in advanced hair services such as color theory application, straight razor shaving, and hair extensions installation. Familiarity with salon management software like

for scheduling and retail operations. Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices within a professional salon environment. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clientele. Experience in retail sales, upselling products, and retail math to maximize revenue opportunities. Knowledge of additional beauty services including eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair threading is highly desirable.
