POSITION SUMMARY
The Hair Stylist at Graeber & Company delivers exceptional technical services while creating an elevated guest experience that builds long-term client relationships. This is not a "just come do hair" salon. Stylists here work inside a structured, team-supported environment designed to help professionals grow their careers without carrying the full weight of running a business alone. A successful stylist in this role is highly skilled, guest-focused, and committed to delivering consistent, high-quality services while contributing to a collaborative team culture. Graeber provides the systems, support, and infrastructure that allow stylists to focus on what they do best: delivering great hair and building meaningful guest relationships.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Within 30 Days Fully onboarded to Graeber & Company service standards and guest experience expectations Confident using salon systems including scheduling, consultation flow, and retail recommendations Successfully delivering services that align with Graeber technical and hospitality standards Building rapport with new guests and supporting rebooking conversations Within 60 Days Building a consistent returning guest base through excellent service and relationship-building Demonstrating confidence in consultations, formulations, and service recommendations Maintaining clean, organized workspaces and professional service flow Participating in team education and collaboration Within 90 Days Maintaining a strong rebooking rate and growing guest retention Contributing to retail recommendations that support guest results Recognized for consistent service quality and strong guest relationships Operating confidently within the Graeber systems and team environment
OBJECTIVES
Willing to work evenings and weekends for a period of time Deliver exceptional technical hair services that meet Graeber quality standards Conduct thorough consultations that clarify guest expectations and desired outcomes Build long-term guest relationships through personalized service and trust Maintain strong guest retention through rebooking and consistent service experiences Recommend appropriate home care and professional products when relevant Maintain a clean, professional workstation and follow sanitation protocols Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest flow throughout the salon Participate in ongoing education and skill development Uphold Graeber's standards for professionalism, guest care, and teamwork

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
